The InnoLux Products listed in Appendix A are specifically intended by InnoLux for distribution within EU countries only and conform to EU Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS – Restriction on the use of Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment) except where exemption applies under the directive.

This declaration is based on reasonable analysis of the components and materials, InnoLux’s current actual knowledge and in reliance of supplier-furnished documentation. The RoHS declaration herein does not extend to materials/parts supplied by Customer-designated suppliers, Customer-consigned or buy-sell materials/parts, unintended contamination, misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or use in violation of instructions furnished by InnoLux; and supersedes previous undertakings or declarations (if any) given by InnoLux.

Nothing provided in this letter is (i) a representation, warranty or agreement to indemnification by InnoLux; (ii) liability for consequential/indirect damages or losses; (iii) statement which may form the basis of reliance of InnoLux; (iv) modification of any of the terms and conditions of sale agreed to in writing between InnoLux and its customers with respect to any InnoLux products, whether previously sold or to be sold in the future.
